那天,天氣不太好,下起了綿綿細雨,那刺骨的寒風肆意在街道上游盪。我走在街上,心情也如天氣般低落。街道上行人不多。便很容易令人把目光轉向站在十字路口指揮交通的交警叔叔們,他們整日在此指揮交通卻無包怨無悔,心甘情願地為人民服務。

盡管有交警叔叔指揮,但還是有些急性子的「有車一族」不聽勸告,這不,又出事了。我看見遠方有一光點向這條路急速駛來,彷彿一匹脫韁的野馬一般,但此時信號燈上是紅燈啊!我正看著,從另一個方向駛來一輛計程車,似乎也是往那個光點所在的方向行駛。我還沒反應過來,那個光點已經「現形」了。哦,原來是一輛摩托車。此時,我再看看計程車,糟了,計程車已經攔在摩托車前頭,摩托車剎不住「腳」,迎面撞了上去,此刻,街道上彷彿沸騰了一般,交警叔叔急忙在現場維持秩序,並撥通了醫院的電話。

我一下子被眼前的景象驚呆了。愣在那兒好一會兒。等我回過神來,醫療救護車早已趕到,白衣天使們將傷員抬上救護車,又火速向醫院駛去。此時,交警叔叔還協助查事故的原因。這時我的心顫動了,。這些交警們平日堅守崗位,認真負責,在危急時刻拯救了不知多少生命,然而他們得到的都是些什麼呢?大多是群眾的誤解,違反交通規則的群眾還強詞奪理,與交警理論。可他們做的,群眾理解嗎?

過了不知多久,受損的車輛被運走了,街道上的行人也各忙各的事去,交警叔叔又回到崗位上繼續工作;肆虐的寒風中我感到了溫暖。這時,什麼是美景,我心中有了最完美的答案!

What is my opinion on learning English?

In my opinion, learning English is very important for us and it is not very easy to learn it well.

First of all, English is one of the most important languages in the world like Chinese. If we can learn it well, it will help us a lot in the future. We can talk with foreigners, work with them without problems and understand each other. There are lots of foreigners in China right now and I think I could visit a foreign country one day, and I can use English by then.

However, English is not very easy to learn. There are a lot of words for us to remember and the grammars are difficult. I need to do many exercises to understand them. Speaking is much more difficult, because we are Chinese and there is not a good English environment around us.

Anyway, English is not very easy to learn but we must learn it well.

可以採用以下方法:
1、早晨起床一杯溫開水。
早晨起來一杯溫開水,不僅能暖胃,也是快速減肥的一個秘訣。早晨一杯溫開水能讓體內宿留的滯留物比較順暢的排出,防止滯留物過多堆積在脂肪皮層下導致小腹脹大。所以每天早上一杯溫開水,不僅能有利於身體健康,而且利於減肥,同時這個減肥的成本比較
低。

2、根據個人體質挑選適合自己的食物。
每個人的體質不相同,食物對於不同體質的影響也不統一。因此減肥的朋友們要根據自身的體質條件,搭配適合自己體質的減肥食物。要從內而外的減肥,改善自身的體質。例如:寒性體質的人群不要吃太涼的食物,因為這樣會令體溫進一步下降,新陳代謝失衡,
就無法消耗更多的熱量,體內的廢物與毒素也不能徹底排出,易胖體質會更加嚴重。

3、合理膳食,搭配營養。
很多減肥的朋友都會在減肥的時候選擇吃素或者不吃一些脂肪類食物,其實這樣的方法並不能有效地減肥。因為素食里如蔬菜、五穀等確實比同等重量的肉食類食物,但素食中亦不乏高熱量的食物,比如炸春卷、素什錦等以多油多糖為主的素菜。另外,人體需要營
養平衡,常吃素菜而不吃葷菜,會導致營養不良、維生素的缺乏。脂肪類食品耐消化,食入後可減少對澱粉類食物以及零食的攝取,對減肥會起到積極作用。所以說,攝取適量的脂肪不僅不會影響體形,而且對健美有益處。在飲食上,可以選擇牛肉、兔肉、禽肉等低脂
肉類,炒菜時盡量少用油,晚上可以選擇吃些涼拌菜來降低油脂的攝入。

4、飯前一杯溫開水或者一碗湯羹。
飯前一杯溫開水或者一碗湯羹,能適當地填飽肚子,增加飽腹感,能讓用餐的量有所減少,同時溫性流食能暖胃,加快新陳代謝,促進進食後的消化,改善排毒便秘。但是值得注意的是,盡量避免比較冷的開水或者湯羹,因為比較冷的流性食品會令體溫急劇下降,
甚至減緩新陳代謝,尤其是體質比較寒的朋友,冷的流食會對體質造成影響。

5、晚上8點過後盡量減少進食。
絕對不在9點後吃東西,晚飯也盡量在8點前結束,蛋白質會在晚上8點之後急劇增加,如果不及時消化,會促進體脂肪的積聚,所以晚餐在此之前進食完畢為佳。另外,也要忍住饞嘴,不要吃夜宵,否則會令體質越發易胖,新陳代謝減緩。

6、通過快走運動來消耗熱量。
散步能減肥,但是效果比較差,而快走這個運動能比較有效地消耗熱量,快步走,姿勢要矯正好,先是腳跟著地,然後腳掌充分落地,上身挺直,腰腹收緊,達到稍微出點汗的效果最佳。如果想運動效果有所提高的話,兩臂就大幅度地擺動起來吧,每次走路堅持15
分鍾以上。這個運動堅持一個月以上能有效地減肥,但是也要注意堅持,不要運動幾天後就突然放棄,這樣會導致腿部肌肉短時間反彈,會更胖的。如果不想繼續運動,也建議慢慢地減少運動量。
