This is a memorable experience, the old people kind of smiling face, as if reminds me of my grandparents, because the sun was shining outside and so we arm the old people go to parks in the vicinity of Ziyang in the sun. The elderly because of the body is not very good, action is not very convenient, so we have a side of the students, held on to the elderly, we have to slow down and try to accompany the elderly. When in the park for the elderly to rest, we will sit in the sun. I like the old grandmother, like holding my hand and I chat. I am the time spent on such a hurry, we are reluctant to part of the afternoon to leave the homes for the elderly.
In this unforgettable experience, I see a lot of strangers need warmth, love need, we should give more people-friendly.
在這一周的星期天，我校的公益活動志願者們，代表楓葉學校去星達敬老院看望那裡的老人們。
這次經歷非常的難忘，老人們親切的笑臉，彷彿讓我想起了我的爺爺奶奶，因為外面的陽光明媚，於是我們攙扶著老人們去附近的紫陽公園曬太陽。因為老人的身體不是很好，行動不是很方便，於是我們一邊一個同學，扶著老人，我們盡量放慢腳步陪著老人。當到了公園老人要休息，我們就坐在陽光下。老人就像我的奶奶一樣握著我的手和我聊天。一上午的時間就這樣匆匆度過了，到下午我們依依不捨的離開了敬老院。
在這次難忘的經歷中，我明白了，有很多的陌生人需要溫暖，需要愛，我們應該給更多人關愛。

公益勞動是不記報酬、不謀私利、不斤斤計較的；公益勞動是忘我的勞動，也是培養我們關心公共事業熱情的。參加公益勞動的光榮感，塑造自己美好的心靈。這些都讓我們覺得自己是另一個雷峰。
處於這個時代的我們，大多都是獨生子女，對待一些人際關系和自我評估的方面都有所欠缺。而這次的集體公益勞動，使我體會到了集體的力量、集體的溫暖和自己的不足。也讓我親身體會到了勞動的光榮感。這些都促進了我努力改正自身錯誤，正確認識自己。而現在，由於一切向錢看的思想的影響，在一些人的頭腦中裝滿了金錢的利益，干什麼事都講錢，幹活不講報酬認為是傻瓜，甚至有的「公益勞動」也變相要錢。在這種情況下，學校有意識地組織了我們去參加力所能及的公益勞動，對於抵制一切向錢看的思想腐蝕可以起到一定的作用。讓我們親身體會到了勞動的艱辛和勞動穿早世界的真理，抵制了我們輕視勞動和不勞而獲的思想的侵蝕，避免了我們形成好逸惡勞的壞習慣。公益勞動也同樣加強了我們的勞動觀念，幫助我們樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀。公益勞動同樣培養了我們的競爭意識和開拓進取的精神。
學校這次組織的公益勞動讓我懂得了公益勞動不僅能造福社會，而且能陶冶情操，美化心靈。而我們也該為了公共利益而自覺自願地參加勞動，因為那是我們中學生的勞動態度的一個特徵。不記報酬也是我們中學生勞動態度的一個特徵。我們講的公益勞動，就是以不記報酬為前提的；那是根據以公共利益而勞動；我們必須為公共利益而勞動，自覺要求進行勞動。積極參加公益勞動是為社會盡力，是熱愛勞動的表現。
社區實踐活動提高了我們的社會實踐能力。引導了我們接觸、了解社會，增強我們的社會責任感和社會適應能力。而學校組織的勞動，更讓我們明白了學會獨立的重要性。在競爭如此激烈的今天，對於我們這些出生牛犢的中學生們，獨立的培養和社會的洗禮是多麼的重要。在這個更新速度超快的今天，如何適應社會也是我們即將面臨的困難。對於現在的我們，越早接觸這個日新月異的社會，就意味著我們越能適應它。

On April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school where we took part in a volunteer labor.
We got there at nine o'clock. After divided into three groups, we began to work.
Each group had their own tasks. Group one planted trees and watered flowers. Group Two picked up litter left by tourists and cleaned the benches. My group wiped all the equipment in Children's Playground. Each of us worked hard.
At about half past eleven, we finished working. Though we were tired,we were happy. It was a meaningful day for us because we had done a good deed.
