『肆』 班主任如何管理班級室內大課間（急急急）
為了更好地開展好學校大課間活動，保證學生大課間活動正常進行，提高大課間活動的趣味性和技能性；注重參與性和競技性的統一。特製定專項工作規章制度。
1、體育組教師必須按時做好出操前的准備工作，按時到崗，保證大課間操的質量，有病有事向教導處請假。
2、學校保證每日大課間的正常進行，如遇天氣變化學校臨時通知（不出操），在沒有接到通知情況下，大課間活動要照常進行。
3、在眼睛保健操結束後，班主任立即組織學生站隊，到室外集合地點，由教師帶隊到整隊。
4、每個老師都要成為活動的設計者、開發者、指導者、組織者和參與者
5、大課間期間一律服從學校安排，每位教師不能私自做主，無顧不參加大課間活動，如遇急事請說明情況，需有教導處主任允許方可不參加大課間活動。
6、各班要保證學生的個人出勤，不得私自在班內、辦公室內留學生，班主任教師要親臨大課間現場，下課不得拖堂，不佔用大課間時間接待家長或做其他事宜，全力負責組織紀律進行大課間活動。
7、班主任教師上操前可站在隊前管理秩序，上操時要站在本班隊後，在上操期間各教師不能互相扎堆講話，不做與大課間無關的事情。
8、大課間活動時間班主任和配班老師必須管理到位，活動前和活動中要加強對學生進行安全教育，落實好安全防範措施。
