『肆』 班主任如何管理班级室内大课间（急急急）
为了更好地开展好学校大课间活动，保证学生大课间活动正常进行，提高大课间活动的趣味性和技能性；注重参与性和竞技性的统一。特制定专项工作规章制度。
1、体育组教师必须按时做好出操前的准备工作，按时到岗，保证大课间操的质量，有病有事向教导处请假。
2、学校保证每日大课间的正常进行，如遇天气变化学校临时通知（不出操），在没有接到通知情况下，大课间活动要照常进行。
3、在眼睛保健操结束后，班主任立即组织学生站队，到室外集合地点，由教师带队到整队。
4、每个老师都要成为活动的设计者、开发者、指导者、组织者和参与者
5、大课间期间一律服从学校安排，每位教师不能私自做主，无顾不参加大课间活动，如遇急事请说明情况，需有教导处主任允许方可不参加大课间活动。
6、各班要保证学生的个人出勤，不得私自在班内、办公室内留学生，班主任教师要亲临大课间现场，下课不得拖堂，不占用大课间时间接待家长或做其他事宜，全力负责组织纪律进行大课间活动。
7、班主任教师上操前可站在队前管理秩序，上操时要站在本班队后，在上操期间各教师不能互相扎堆讲话，不做与大课间无关的事情。
8、大课间活动时间班主任和配班老师必须管理到位，活动前和活动中要加强对学生进行安全教育，落实好安全防范措施。
