请自行搜索竞赛新闻。

刚刚我查阅了一下官网没有公布获奖名单，应该是全国的获奖人数比较多吧，关于确认获奖我认为还是看获奖证书有没有下发给你。没有发给你可以去教务处负责竞赛这方面的老师那里询问一下。

全国一等奖应该是有国家级证书的。我印象中我当年的证书是红色的一张硬质卡纸，长得跟贺卡有点像，上面有全国中学生英语竞赛组委会的钢印，还有两个委员会和研究会的红色章子。
