My Friend, Dick
First, I want to tell you something about my best friend and me. I have a friend
called Dick. In some ways, we are the same. Both Dick and I are good at sports.
We always go to library together to read because of the same hobby. So, we also
study well all subjects. Reading books is important in our life .In some ways,
we are different. Dick is a little taller and a lot stronger than me. I think it
is because he does excise every day. For me, I just take excise three times a
week. Dick likes going to concert, but I have no interest in it. In my free
time, I always watch TV. That is really fun.
How to Keep Healthy
First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk
instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables,
fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are
in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us
to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a
healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate
sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a

Have you been to QingDao? I only want to say that I am so lucky that I have a chance to go there. QingDao is a very beautiful city. It lies in the the east of China and it is an important city in ShanDong province.This summer,my parents took me to QingDao on vacation .At first,I thought it was boring because my classmates said that go on vacation isn't interesting.
But,when I first saw it,I was like crazy.The blue water and the blue sky,the flying birds,were all beautiful.My tour guide told me QingDao has 300000 Koreas in it.Many beautiful girls attract our attentions.Luckily,I took a photo with an beautiful girl.The second day,we got to LaoShan that we all look forward to gotting to.The green moutain were coverd by trees,like pine.Soon,we had to leave.But,everyone all missed it.Don't you think it is very beautiful?
